Mt Ophir 2010

The Climb... a memorable experience for me personally and i'm proud that my fellow kakeez made it as well. their hardwork, dedication & motivation paid off as they managed to reach the summit safely. i always believe that the success of the group is due to great teamwork and giving support to one another like one BIG family. it's not because of any individual, but its a collective effort of each & everyone in the team to make it happen, and to enjoy success together. Cheers to all!

just to share to those wanting to climb up Mt Ophir in future ....
its a totally new route for me as compared to the ones many years ago. i think this new route is much easier and slightly shorter. i started off from the Lagenda Base Camp and it took me 4 hrs to reach the campsite which is now at the Plateau, beside the roadside leading to the Telekom Tower. from my campsite, the Summit is just 45 mins away. honestly, going down back to the base camp is much tougher for me. although it just took me 3 hrs to reach down, but it was really a sweat. hmmm... really tiring! but most importantly, i've had fun and to be with the company of good men, it makes the whole expedition more interesting! kudos to All!
