White Water Rafting

What a week of fun & excitement! It's simply exhilarating, awesome, keeps your adrenaline pumping, definitely an experience that you will never forget. And I'm talking about the White Water Rafting at Padas River (Grade IV) over at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. I believe that the whole group enjoyed the program (Thank You guys/gals for being a good sport) and I'm pretty sure that they want to go again, me included. There has been new requests for a return trip there. The good news is, YES, I'll organize another trip, another adventure. The not so good news is, it will not be that soon. Cycling trip at Pengerang

We start our 1st outdoor program this year with a 2D1N cycling trip to Pengerang, Johor Bahru. It was just the weekend getaway we needed after a long and hard day at work. Welcome 2011...

How time flies… we are in the last few days towards the end of year 2010 and I must say that it has been a wonderful and fun-filled adventure throughout the year. Our event calendar for this year was fully packed with adventure & outdoor programs and now, we’re already planning for next year. Over the past 2 or 3 years, we have received tremendous support from our members joining us for our trips and the request has doubled ever since. We will explore new places, new adventure, and we take our members feedback seriously. After all, Outdoor Kakeez is all about a band of brothers. Whatever we do and whatever we planned for, members of Outdoor Kakeez will be our main priority, as always.

Pre-Warm Up cum Discussion

It was on a Saturday, the Kakeez meet up at the usual spot at the foot of the Bt Timah hill. The response was good, there are twelve of us altogether. This is our first get-together session after the last trip. The main purpose of this meet up was to have a light training up the hill and most importantly, to discuss on our future trip which will take place next year, God Willing. We spent about an hour there sweating ourselves out. A good workout indeed!

It was fun to be there with a bunch of good frenz. After which, Zooommm ....... off to Al-Azhar for our teh tarik session .....

Perfect 10.10.10. That's all we could say or described today's MotoGP at Sepang. Starting at 4th position, Rossi surprisingly dropped to 11th position as the race begins to kick off. But as the race got warmed up, 'The Doctor' swifts his way up to 3rd position just behind Andrea Dovizioso while his teammate, Lorenzo, looks promising being the race leader. But not long after, Rossi, throttled all the way passed Andrea and Lorenzo to win the race in style. Congratulations to Lorenzo, though he earns 3rd placing in Sepang 2010, he has won the championship title for this year. This year's 2010 sepang motoGP was simply exhilarating and happening to watch our idol won the race for Yamaha team. This would be a perfect parting gift from Rossi to the Yamaha team as he will move on to join Ducati next season. We are sure that 'The Doctor' will treat his 'Ducati Girl' to be the new perfect 10. Till next year!

KK leisure trip...

Just came back from KotaKinabalu (KK) for a short weekend getaway with the families. 11 of us to be exact. I've always wanted to bring my in-laws family over to KK and show them how wonderful the place is. I want to make them feel why I've always loved to go to KK again and again. I think my 2 brothers aka buddies, also known as my Visa & my Passport can understand what i mean and how i feel. just like they did. peace bros.....
